Photo Booth Host:
A friendly, professional photo booth host will be present at your event to assist with the booth and ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests.

Unlimited Photo Taking:
Enjoy unlimited photo sessions throughout your event. Everyone gets the chance to take as many photos as they want.

Custom Photo Template:
We provide a customized photo template tailored to fit the theme of your event. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or corporate gathering, your template will be designed to match your vision.

Photo Prints (4" x 6" or 2" x 6"):
Guests will receive high-quality prints customized with your event's theme. One print per group is included with your rental. Additional prints are available for $1.00 each and can be added to your invoice or purchased at the time of the session.

Box of Props:
Choose from a variety of fun props, including wedding props, hats, glasses, and more. Custom props can be ordered for specific themes or styled events—please let us know in advance.

Backdrop Options:
We offer several backdrop options for your event. Choose one that complements your theme from our available selection.

QR Code Option:
Guests can instantly receive their photos on their phones by scanning a QR code. This eco-friendly option makes sharing photos quick and convenient.

Online Library of All Images:
After the event, all photos will be available in an online library via Dropbox for easy access and download. The gallery will be available for three months after your event, so please download your photos before then.

Scan & Go — Go Green: Offer guests a digital-only experience: they scan a QR code and receive their photos instantly—no prints required. Choose this eco-friendly option and save $50 on your total booking.

Add‑Ons: Customizable Artificial Grass Wall — $75 Elevate your backdrop with a customizable artificial grass wall accented with the floral colors of your choice. For $75 we will arrange and attach flowers to match your event’s palette and theme, creating a beautiful, one‑of‑a‑kind display with no effort required on your part.

Payment Information:
• Payment requests will be sent through Zelle or PayPal.
• A 50% retainer is required upon signing the contract (the contract will be sent after we receive your booking information).
• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.

Cancellation Policy:
• A minimum of 90 days’ notice (approximately 3 months) is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days (approximately 2 months) of the event are eligible for a $50 refund.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can determine whether an alternative date is available at no additional charge. If an alternative date is not available, our cancellation policy will apply.

Additional Terms:
• Any changes to the event details or timing must be communicated at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
• If any issues arise during the setup or event, please notify us immediately so we can address them in a timely manner.
