Can I customize the photo template?
Absolutely.
We design a custom photo layout to match your theme, colors, or branding — included in every package.
How much space do you need?
We typically need a space about 8x8 feet near a power outlet.
If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your venue and we’ll help you choose the perfect setup location.
What are the requirements for the photo booth?
For the best photo booth experience, we require the following:
Wi-Fi or some type of personal wifi for sending digital text message prints.
A 8ft x 8ft space with at least 8ft of ceiling height (preferably against a wall).
Level ground and access to a 3-prong electrical outlet within 10 feet.
How early will we arrive to set up?
We will arrive 40 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready. If you need an earlier setup, please let us know when booking. An early setup fee of $50 will apply.
What’s required to book?
To reserve your date, we require:
A signed booking agreement
A 50% deposit
Your date is locked in as soon as those are completed.
What is a backdrop?
The backdrop is the background behind you and your guests in every photo.
Our open-air photo booth design allows for flexible, custom setups that match your event style.
You can choose from our selection of complimentary backdrop colors, provide your own backdrop, or even use a clean wall at your venue.
We also offer a premium green foliage backdrop for an additional $75. You can enhance it with flowers or décor from your event for a custom, elevated look.
Does Bend Photo Booth Co. have props?
Yes! Props are a key part of the photo booth experience and add a lot of fun for your guests.
We provide a variety of themed and playful props, including hats, signs, wedding-themed props, and more.
If you have custom props you’d like to include, just let us know — we’ll do our best to make it happen and personalize your event even more.
Do you do outdoor events?
Absolutely — we love bringing our photo booths to outdoor events! 🌿
For the best photo quality, we recommend setting up the booth under a covered area to control lighting. A standard power outlet is also required.
In the event of bad weather (rain, high winds, etc.), we’ll need to relocate the booth indoors to protect the equipment and ensure a smooth experience for your guests.
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes! A friendly, professional booth attendant is included with every package.
They help guests, keep the booth running smoothly, and make sure everyone has a great experience.
