Bend Photo Booth Co offers a sleek, easy-to-set-up photo booth experience designed to capture your special moments. Equipped with an 18-megapixel high-resolution camera and a professional studio flash, we ensure your photos are sharp and vibrant. Each booth rental includes a dedicated host who will guide you through the experience to make sure you and your guests get the best possible photos.
Guests can enjoy choosing from a variety of fun props or take pictures without them. After the 2-3 photos are taken, they’ll have the option to receive a high-quality printout or a digital version sent via text.

What is a photo template and how do we design it?
A photo template is the custom graphic that appears on your printed photos, adding a personal touch to your event. We’ll work with you to design a template that matches the theme of your celebration, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or birthday party. This is the template your guests will take home, ensuring a unique keepsake for everyone.
What is a backdrop?
The backdrop is the background behind you and your guests when taking photos. Thanks to our open-air booth design, you have the freedom to create custom backdrops that align with your event’s theme. You can choose from our selection of free colors, provide your own backdrop, or even use a simple wall.
We also offer a green foliage backdrop for an additional $75, which includes custom decoration with flowers you provide.
What are the requirements for the photo booth?
For the best photo booth experience, we require the following:
Wi-Fi or some type of personal wifi for sending digital text message prints.
A 10ft x 10ft space with at least 8ft of ceiling height (preferably against a wall).
Level ground and access to a 3-prong electrical outlet within 10 feet.
How early will we arrive to set up?
We will arrive 40 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready. If you need an earlier setup, please let us know when booking. An early setup fee of $50 will apply.
Do we travel and how much are the travel fees?
We are based in Redmond, OR, and proudly serve surrounding areas including Bend, Sisters, Prineville, Sunriver, and La Pine. For events outside of Redmond and Bend, a $45 travel fee will be added to your total.
Does Bend Photo Booth Co have props?
Absolutely! Props are an integral part of the photo booth experience. We offer a variety of fun and themed props, including funny props, wedding props, hats, and more. If you have specific custom props in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do we do events outside?
Yes, we love outdoor events! To ensure the best photo quality, we suggest that the booth be set up under a covered space to control lighting. We also need a power outlet.
In case of bad weather, such as rain or high winds, we will need to move the booth to an indoor location to prevent damage.
